You Got This I often make a batch of this early in the week to have in my fridge so that I could serve it alongside a piece of fish or some grilled shrimp. I also love to eat it on its own or open up a can of tuna and serve that on top. Chock full of beans and veggies, it’s satisfying, healthy and so delicious.
