Prosciutto e Melone is my favorite summer appetizer! Obviously because it has my favorite thing in existence…prosciutto! These cute little skewers are a great way to serve them for a crowd or party. It’s a grab and eat instead of needing a knife and fork. And the little mozzarella addition is because….why not?! 😂 Drizzled with some hot honey and it’s chefs 😘!
