Yes. If I wanted to eat a pizza without the crust I’d just grab a jar of ragú, and a bag of shredded cheese, those pepperoni slices and a bowl and mix it up like a salad without the dough or gluten.
That doesn’t sound terrible realistically speaking but still. My point stands, why eat pizza if you won’t eat the crust.
