Thought i’d show off this swan pavlova cake i did a couple days ago! It’s a chocolate espresso cake with belgian chocolate bourbon ganache, bourbon whipped cream, and vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream! I think it’s my favorite i’ve ever done <3
