Vegan vanilla Custard:

Ingredients 

  • 591 ml oat milk, full fat
  • 64 g cornstarch
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

    Brioche Dough

Ingredients:

  • 80 g bread flour
  • 340 g all-purpose flour
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 1 packet dry yeast (about 2 ¼ tsp)
  • 230 mL lukewarm plant-based milk
  • 60 g vegan butter softened
  • 1/4 tsp salt
