- 591 ml oat milk, full fat
- 64 g cornstarch
- 100 g granulated sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
Brioche Dough
Ingredients:
- 80 g bread flour
- 340 g all-purpose flour
- 60 g cane sugar
- 1 packet dry yeast (about 2 ¼ tsp)
- 230 mL lukewarm plant-based milk
- 60 g vegan butter softened
- 1/4 tsp salt
