Gutted I didn’t take a pic with the lid off. It was genuinely perfectly cooked egg and sausage nicely seasoned. I love a little fresh salad leaves with balsamic but I didn’t touch it because I don’t know why it’s served with something like this. It doesn’t go. The hash brown was crispy and amazing though.
