Hi I just found this on the curb for free but I think it’s missing a part. I believe it’s missing a water container? But I’m confused by what the left clear plastic container is used for. Please let me know where I can get this replacement piece!

I don’t know OP. I may be in the minority, but I’m big when it comes to health and safety with food preparation devices. It’s just a coffee machine. If I found it outside on the curb, I would’ve left it there. You don’t know what kind of insect bugs or any kind of infestation was in it before with the older owner, as well as what crawled into it while I was sitting outside on the curb. Rinsing it and descaling it doesn’t stop infestation. So I’m just recommending to be cautious. These machines don’t cost a lot of money so it’s not always worth it to just take anything out of the “trash” and use it.
I have that machine and It’s for the discarded pods to hold them. You don’t need to but be prepared to catch the pods when they come flying out. You don’t want wet coffee grinds all over the counter top 🤣
