    I’ve been making breakfast burritos for a while. Always tweaking to make them better than takeout. Currently I really love the dehydrated hash browns (Idaho Spuds), aggressively caramelized, with some nearly burnt onions. Prior to that I was using potatoes O’Brien. Still trying to get the eggs super fluffy. Toum (Lebanese Garlic sauce) adds a really nice touch. Trader Joes sells some as “Garlic Spread Dip”.

    A burrito is a perfect handheld breakfast. …An excellent choice 🤤👍 I tend to use a goodly dose of Frank’s Hot Sauce on mine
