Counter Cafe – Eggs Benny

Been going to counter cafe for the last 10 years-ish (I’m 25) and recently came home for the summer and had to get jmy eggs Benedict fix while in ATX and I PROMISE YOU, you will not find another eggs Benedict as good as this. I literally can’t help but polish the plate after eating this meal. I went so many times this summer that I sat down the other day and the waitress already knew my order. I was like “… am I … a regular” it made me so proud. When I come back home it’s going to be a weekly routine, I encourage yall to make it part of your routine too.
