I am no authority on the matter, but I don’t think poutine normally has bacon or hollandaise on it. Is that a poached egg? I’m assuming there’s fries somewhere in that bucket, slowly turning to mashed potatoes…

This looks more like a Benedict in a bucket or something. Absolutely horrible dish to out in a bucket considering you usually eat a little of each in component in each bite.
