Oven roasted asparagus with Stilton sauce.

Coat asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
400F for 20 Minutes.

Sauce:
A modified béchamel sauce made with heavy cream w/ a bunch of Neal's Yard Stilton melted into it.
So heavy, was like eating an Entree' 🙂
