The first time I had Fried Zucchini Blossoms was at this château in the countryside of the south of France. The zucchini blossoms were freshly picked from their garden, filled with this simple lemony ricotta mixture before battering and frying until crunchy. It was the most perfect summer appetizer that I knew I had to recreate at home from my garden!
