8 oz spaghetti
1/2 block cream cheese (4 oz?)
3/4 jar marinara sauce
2 uncooked andouille sausage sliced
1 jalapeño pepper diced
Sweet peppers (about 10 of the small ones) sliced
Cheddar cheese (i had 5 slices left in my fridge)
1/4 cup pasta water

Cook the pasta to al dente. Assemble all ingredients (except cheddar cheese) into a baking dish. 375 covered for 30 minutes. Uncovered 400 degrees for 15 minutes with cheddar cheese on top.

You can use whatever vegetables and protein you have on hand. Tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, zucchini…etc would also work well.

If you do a raw ground turkey, beef, or chicken you’ll want to cook it first and season the meat.
