    They look pretty good to me. I’d maybe bake it hotter (450F) and/or longer. I like a darker dark crust.

    The second best is to let it gain a little more colour and use a little less flour

    I’ve seen restaurant rolls that looked about like that, so you’re doing fine. Taste is key.

    Nothin. Eat that bread. Don’t listen to any advice anyone is giving you. Make bread again in the future, and then make some more. Enjoy!

  5. All that’s lacking is good presentation. Attractive trappings to show it off. The bread is beautifully rustic and looks very delicious!
