I thinned the beets and radishes. Microgreens!! I shouldn’t have chaos sewn the radishes because it looks like I’ll get such little yield from them. It’s all a learning experience

Upon first seeing this, I I thought it was a picture of a first course at a Michelin star forage restaurant in Finland or something.
Until I noticed the Dixie plate lol. Those are lovely greens though!
