The struggle is real for so many of us right now, but I wanted to share one of my favourite broke meals that has been helping me scrape by.

Chef Woo protein noods are relatively cheap ($1.50/each for now and hope it stays that way) and surprisingly filling, especially when paired with some kimchi, sautéed veggies, and/or tofu. I’m a heathen and always drain the broth and toss them with soy sauce and sesame oil, but the vegan “beef” broth is quite tasty albeit salty.

Yeah these are pretty cool. A couple dozen of them up from a salvage store for 10 dollars per dozen. Went through them pretty quick. Convenient stuff like this is nice when youre vegan

These are so good! I discovered then while on vacation recently and they made excellent hotel room meals.

I’ve started eating one of these at work every day, they’re seriously a dream come true.
