Pasta Master is the newest vendor at The Cookhouse on Time Square.
It will be serving up Italian classics ‘with a twist’ – infusing Turkish spices and garnishes.
There will be daily lunchtime specials available from £7.50 each day.
The arrival of the new vendor comes after La Cuccina – an Italian food trader – closed at the market earlier this year.
To celebrate its opening, Pasta Master is giving away a free meal for two people.
