You don’t need to give up your favorite comfort foods! Your family is going to absolutely love my healthier version of macaroni and cheese. It’s creamy cheesy and delicious and it’s full of protein and fiber.

Ingredients

8 ounces of dried chickpea pasta
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour.
One and a half cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
2 1/2 C of freshly shredded Colby jack cheese. You can also use a combination of cheddar and Monterey Jack RESERVE 1/2 Cup
3 T shredded Parmesan
1 T seasoned breadcrumbs
