Ingredients
▢8 oz feta cheese , drained
▢1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
▢1 tbsp minced fresh dill
▢1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
▢2 tbsp chopped chives
▢Optional: a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and crunchy veggies to serve with
Instructions
Crumble the block of feta in a medium bowl.
Add in all the remaining ingredients and whisk until combined.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra herbs and a drizzle of oil, if desired.
