Sugar β 50 g π¬/4 tbsp
Eggs β 2 π₯
Cinnamon β to taste πΏ
Starch β 1 tsp
Apples β 3β4 π
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Sift the flour.
2οΈβ£ Add salt, baking powder, sugar, butter β mix well.
3οΈβ£ Add the eggs and mix again.
4οΈβ£ Knead the dough (first with a spoon, then with your hand) until smooth.
