Friend ive had all these. I promise you that you can achieve similar flavors with a 1/4 tsp liquid smoke per can. Buy what you can afford packed in oil. Pour entire container in a ziplock or glass jar. Add smoke. Add spices and lemon juice if you want. Make sure fish is fully submerged in mix. Allow to set in fridge at least 24 hours. Boom.
