Threw a turkey breast in the Easy Bake PitBoss because the missus was craving a Turkey Club Sandwich. Seasoned with S n’ P and some ClubHouse Crushed Herbs and Garlic. About 3.5 hours at 225 to hit 145f, wrapped with a stick of butter and back in at 350f. Pulled at 160f after about an hour and rested for 30. Sandwiches were so good she said I might even get lucky tonight!

    Looks fantastic. I never wrap mine, just let it go at 275 til done with injections. Might have to try this to see if it I would get similar results.

    I can never find turkey breast. It’s always the turkey breast roast, which has the netting and comes out not nearly as pretty as the regular breast
