Greek chicken wings

marinade :

1/2C. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 C. lemon juice (2 large lemons and zest)
6 cloves garlic mashed
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp black pepper
Salt
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

mix all ingredients in a bowl. add to a ziplock bag with 3 lbs chicken wings. seal and refrigerate a few hours or over night. bake chicken wi fs in 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until internal temp is 165.
