2 chicken breasts (diced)
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 green pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
3 tablespoons olive oil (2 for marinating, 1 for cooking)
Black pepper
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oregano
Chili powder
Cumin
Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Hot sauce
Aluminum Foil

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced onion, red and green peppers, and diced chicken breasts. Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, and cumin. Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix until everything is evenly coated.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated mixture to the pan and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken and vegetables are fully cooked.
