Bought new green egg. Cleaning after first grill. What is this??
After grilling for first time last week. I’m cleaning it today and noticed these rubbery melted parts. Any idea what this is? Bit concerned.

I wouldn’t sweat it. Looks like it just melted. Probably didn’t release much vapor.

I don’t clean my egg. I just grill something super hot. The heat does it for me.

Always break in any grill with a good high temp burn. I always burn a fire for at least a few hours to burn off any fabrication/assembly/packing material/debris.
