Tried making tofu tikka in the air fryer and it turned out so good! 😋 Extra firm tofu cubes marinated in coconut yogurt with spices then air-fried until they get that nice golden char. Super easy, no tandoor needed. Great as a snack with chutney, stuffed in wraps, or even on top of a salad for some extra protein.
