Rotisserie chicken reheated with a little steam action and Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce under a bowl then topped with Swiss cheese and allowed to melt. Placed it on top of toasted white bread and added sautéed red onion, lettuce, ripe tomato, and a tablespoon of mayo for creaminess. 10/10, would make again.
