My one and only Orange bell is finally starting to get its color but a crack is forming. Should I harvest and let it ripen off vine or keep it on vine? Just a little worried about bugs getting in.

If you are concerned of bugs pull it off, but peppers spoil fairly quickly when picked. Sometimes it will spoil and ripen at the same rate and by the time it’s ripe it’s a little sad looking. Keep it on as long as you can.
