In today’s video, we’re sharing the dish that Eva and I eat the most in our daily, personal lives. That’s not hyperbole; we share this food at least once a week (if not more often), which we can hardly say for any other single recipe.
Is it pasta? Is it pizza? Nope, it’s a humble little vegetable flatbread.
Why the obsession? Because it’s the perfect trifecta of being really healthy, easy to make, and so delicious that you’ll feel like you’re eating junk food.

Any idea what went wrong if it came out of the oven as if it was like clear glue holding the courgettes and onion together, rather than anything dough or bread like? And despite cooking for more than 50 minutes at slightly above 210°C, no crisping at all?
guardo volentieri i vostri video ma la musichetta è veramente fastidiosa *_°
eh, versione farina di Ceci? secondo me se la lasci un po' gonfiare, la farina, con le verdure etc per qualche ora, dovrebbe funzionare
Made Sa Costedda tonight. We may not have used enough Basil but it was very good… it was even better when I put some Goat Cheese on top! I think maybe an onion inside would have been nice and it needed more garlic.
When I look at that Se costedda I can imagine it with pepperoni, onion, and bell peppers, tomatoes, and mozzarella with olive oil. Now that’s a pizza pie!
I'm going to make it vegan with coconut meat and dehydrator… sounds 😋… eating raw this month
💚🤍❤️
I made the zucchini and onion one last night (so good!), and now I have the tomato Sa Costeddo in the oven. I can't wait, it smells amazing!
I'm wondering if you can use eggplant in place of the zucchini.
For a moment I believed Italians were making flour from zucchini
I think you could add a little Parmesan or Romano? I love adding the flower!!!
A salad shooter pro makes quick work of slicing vegetables, and can be put in the dishwasher.
Sliced Veggies = Soft Bread Grated Veggies =Cracker
Do you ever add the flowers of the zucchini?
Well you just answered my question…… lol 😂
I will try it, but the link for the recipe says to use yeast…also a flour mix of semolina and all-purpose. I find that a little strange/confusing.
groovy
My Grandma had a curly metal thing she used to make gravy with and she called it "Archie". My Mom got him when she passed and now I think Archie is lost. So sad. We love your show and happy you are in Italy now, your family & towns folk are incredible, how lucky to have such an extended family.❤❤❤ Big hugs from Texas, Sandie.
Where do you find the recipe?
I'm obsessed, thank you! If using zucchini flowers, should you slice or leave whole?
🎉❤
I’m trying this tomorrow, looks amazing.
i really want to cook more vegetables for my diet and get better health, love more veggie based recipes like this 😀
