  6. This idea is a good fit for me as I sometimes have leftover egg whites from making ice cream. It helps to have the gram weight as it can be hard to tell how many egg whites I have collected. It is also easy to change up the recipe by using other ingredients such as sesame seeds, rice crispies, or other dry materials. For my personal taste I would add a bit of salt and vanilla.
