No shopping involved, made with leftover stuff from last week and items in my pantry.

    Starting from top going clockwise.

    Protein/carb mix for post workout or emergency meals (my job sometimes prevents from meals requiring utensils so I keep extra powders).

    Pretzels and turkey sticks for a snack.

    Simple tuna salad with veganaise and seasoning with sliced cucumbers and medley tomatoes.

    Yogurt breakfast with grapes.

    Bread to go with the tuna salad.
