A Boston restaurant 86‘d its past issues following a surprise visit from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

Savin Bar & Kitchen in Dorchester was the focus of a recent episode of Ramsay’s new reality series, “Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service.”

The show follows Ramsay as he “gathers raw, unfiltered evidence” from a secret source “and gets a 360-degree view of the major issues facing each restaurant,” the series’ IMDb biography states.

In a trailer for the episode posted on Ramsay’s Instagram Wednesday, the chef is see giving some “tough love” to the one of the restaurant’s owners, Driscoll DoCanto.

“I would like you to step up as an owner and pay some respect to your team,” Ramsay said in the video while addressing issues such as being short-staffed and having overworked employees.

“You know very little about me, my partner and our business,” DoCanto said. “You’re completely misguided.”

“I’ve got someone on the inside,” Ramsay reiterated. “I’ve done my homework.”

The men’s spat continues to escalade to the point where DoCanto threatens to kick Ramsay out of his establishment.

“I’m about to throw all of you (expletive) out of my restaurant and be done with this,” he said.

Originally established as a neighborhood tavern in 2010, Savin Bar & Kitchen underwent a transformation earlier this year to become “an intimate Italian-inspired restaurant filled with high-quality ingredients and warm hospitality,” according to its Instagram.

The restaurant specializes in rustic Italian cuisine with menu offerings such as butternut squash and mozzarella Arancini, Bucatini Aglio e Olio and Orecchiette with Italian sausage and broccoli rabe.

Savin Bar & Kitchen first revealed in July that the restaurant would be featured on “Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service.”

People can watch the episode, entitled “Savin,” on Fubo, DirecTV, Tubi, Hulu, Prime Video, Roku and FOX One.
