Fish fillet with spicy tomato sauce

1 kg of fish fillet
3 Tb of olive oil
1 tsp of each: garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, paprika, coriander powder and salt
0.5 tsp of white pepper
Marinate the fish with the oil and the spices at least for half an hour.
For the sauce:
2 big onions diced
8 cloves of garlic diced or mashed
1 kg of peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1.5 cup of fish or chicken stock
1 Tb of tomato paste
1 Tb of chili paste
Salt and white pepper to taste.
Minced coriander leaves.
Serve with white rice on the side.
