really happy that my first ever sourdough loaf wasn’t a brick 😆 the taste is pretty good 🙂 let me know how this looks!
ingredients:
– 100g starter
– 375g water
– 550g bread flour (i meant to only add 500 but then it seemed really wet so I added a bit more)
– 2 tsp salt

I follow this recipe as well! My dough always turns out super wet. I’ll have to try starting with 550 g and see if that helps.
