Blueberry, Peach Cornbread Cobbler with sweet corn ice cream and bourbon hot honey drizzle.

Collaboration with a friend. I made the cobbler. He made the ice cream using The NY Times ice cream base recipe. He also made homemade cornflakes which added an amazing crunch to the ice cream. The hot honey was made with Allepo chilies, bourbon, brown sugar and honey.
