Used some pastry sheets, cut up a guava block, I used violife vegan cheese (I think that was a mistake it all just melted out) and then to give it a good crisp I cut just egg with water and used it as the egg wash! Then I made some glaze just boiling water and sugar, last step for extra flair was powdered sugar. My (non vegan) Cuban wife gave them a 10/10! Happy Sunday.
