Today I will show you a very simple, quick and delicious recipe! This is one of those dishes that calls for using up leftover pasta. It is also very versatile. Replace the Parmesan with almost any cheese (or use none at all) and add sardines, cooked vegetables or meat. Make it your own. This is a very simple and delicious dish for those hectic evenings when there is no time to cook! I’m waiting for your comments!🙋‍♂️

Ingredients:
– 1/2 pound pasta.
– 6 eggs.
– 1 ounce butter.
– Vegetable oil.
– 1 red onion.
– Celery.
– Chili pepper.
– Salt and pepper to taste.
– 1 ounce Parmesan.
– 1 can sardines.
– 3 ounces cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F(180°C).
For the salad:
– Leeks.
– Bell peppers.
– Cucumbers.
– Dill.
– 1 tsp salt.
– 1/2 tsp pepper.
– 1 tsp basil.
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
– 2 tbsp olive oil.

Poi, una ricetta che prevede l'uso di 14 ingredienti tutti con tecniche e tempi diversi di preparazione io non la definirei "perfetta", ma esasperante e laboriosa. Contenti voi …
