Ingredients:
4 bell peppers (halved and deseeded)
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 cup cauliflower rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté onions and ground meat until cooked. Add cauliflower rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the peppers are tender.
