This all I ate today. I had a brunch (first pic: croissant, cheese, a slice of ham, fruits) and a big dinner which was Mac and Cheese with a fried mozzarella ball on top. The third pic is what I left of the Mac and Cheese. So I’m hoping it’s less than 2000 cals total. I burned 400 calories in sport so hopefully I’m still in a deficit. Thanks in advance!

    Honestly, I’d say around 1000-1200 kcal. Croissants are around 300kcal. The fruit and meat would add another 100. And the pasta is not more than 600kcal considering you didn’t even finish it. So it’s honestly more like 1000, maybe 1200 max. So you should be good!
