Threw this together today and wow. White anchovies swimming in olive oil, a generous amount of salsa verde, and spoonfuls of Calabrian chilli on top. Fishy, herbaceous, tart, and little heat… so good!!!!
I usually just eat boquerones plain with oil + bread, but this combo was good for my soul.
How do you guys eat boquerones? Would love some recipes to try or new combinations to try.
