– Green bean
– Tomatoes
– Onion
– Garlic
– 1/2tbsp soy sauce
– 1/2tbsp oyster sauce
– Salt (idk the amount I use)
– Garlic powder
– Onion powder
– Chili pepper (optional)

Cook salmon first either on stove, oven, or air fryer. Seasoned with salt, garlic, and onion powder. Set on the side.

Cook tomatoes on pan until soft and liquid is drawn out. Add onions and cook for a couple of minutes and then add green beans. To the stir fry add in soy sauce and oyster sauce. When the green beans are done or nearly done, toss back the salmon and stir making sure it’s coated in the sauce of stir fry.

Tempeh and Green Bean Stir fry
– Tempeh
– Green bean
– 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp Soy sauce
– Flour
– For Indonesian stir fry use these ingredients instead of soy and oyster sauce
– tamarind concentrate

– Palm sugar

Coat tempeh in flour and add any powdered seasoning you like. Spray with oil and cook in air fryer or oven until golden. When done set aside.

Stir fry green beans with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add water if needed. When green beans are nearly done, add tempeh into the stir fry.
