🌶️ Spicy Chhole Salad with Yogurt-Pumpkin Dressing
Ingredients:
For Roasted Chhole:
• 1 cup boiled chhole (chickpeas)
• 1 tsp chhole masala
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp amchur powder
• ½ tsp jeera powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander
For Creamy Dressing:
• 2 tbsp thick curd (yogurt)
• 1 tsp piri piri sauce
• 1 small garlic clove
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp jeera powder
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (blended in)
Instructions:
1. Roast boiled chhole in a pan with masalas till crisp.
2. Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix chhole with veggies, pour the dressing, toss and enjoy!
4. Serve chilled or warm. Perfect for weight loss!
