What is “2 slices” of steak? Hard to know what amount that is supposed to be. I’d also add something for the cooking oil here.

That’s looks about right even if the 2 slices of steak is a weird measurement.

4 ounces of steak is typically around 300 depending on cut. If you want to be really safe you could do 300 for the steak, I don’t think there’s more than 4 ounces there but hard to tell.

OP i would also accou not for the oil used for roasting the potatoes/sautéing the mushrooms

You really should be 1) using the specific cut of steak and 2) weighing it. What the hell is “2 slices of steak”? Two slices of filet mignon is gonna be a whole lot different than two slices of ribeye.

i feel like if you logged it correctly, the calorie counts would be accurate. I know it’s likely you would have the better measurement guess as you saw it in person while we only have your picture as a reference but little things like how you logged 10 carrot sticks when there’s 8 on the plate—and those diced potatoes don’t look to be a cup, etc 😭
