    Where’s the Claussen!? My faves.

My Tia (from Chihuahua, Mexico) makes “pickled red onion” by slicing them up thin, and soaking them in a jar of salt, sliced jalapeno, and a HEFTY amount of lemon juice for a few hours before serving. They are perfect in a pinch!

Also, why do Grillos taste so bad to me?!

  3. who is this person? they have youtube or anything?

Last weekend, I had a tin of Riga Gold sprats with Putters Pickles from Montreal (the “Sandwich Pickers” variety from Costco), sliced to fit just right on each cracker. Tasted incredibly good. Highly recommend

I make my own pickles and love having them with tinned fish.

Why am I not surprised there’s a r/pickles? 😆 And what are your favorite pickle relishes? I like relishes because they sit so nicely on top of canned fish that are already sitting on crackers! 😉
