Used a 5 gallon bubbler. Very happy with the consistency and heat level. Going to dehydrate the solids as keep as a sidecar for the sauce.

Fresno peppers are so under rated. One of my families favorites for everything from tacos, pizza, burgers. Wished I lived close enough to poach some! Nice job mate.
