Fage 0% Greek yogurt (35 calories) mixed with lemon juice and Lipton onion soup & dip mix (20 calories) and 1 serving of carrots chips (35 calories) with a little bit of salt on them to give them that potato chip feel. I used to go to town on salty potato chips and onion dip with a crispy coke and who even knows how many calories I was consuming on that. Now this scratches that same itch and I could literally eat this everyday if I wanted to.
As someone who has lost almost 40 lbs, you should be finding swaps like this! Of course you can still have the real deal in moderation or special occasions, but when you're eating something that you like almost as much in your everyday life, you are much less likely to binge when you do get the chance to eat the real thing.

This is a diabolical combination of foods, but I agree. Highly restrictive diets (in the sense of excessively limiting what you’re “allowed” to eat and dichotomizing good/bad food) generally has poor long term adherence and weight loss maintenance.
I agree with the sentiment, the example is a monstrosity, if it works though, you do you.
Veggies and dip are completely normal where I’m from too. I was just a little thrown off with the spoon. Sometimes how close yogurt can taste to sour cream freaks me out lol. This seems good I’ll have to give it a try!
I love veggies and dip. I prefer it to fruit. Nice crunchy snap peas, cherry tomatoes? Yum. I prefer a Cesar dressing but im going to try that onion soup mix idea.
I’ve been really into the Greek yogurt and onion dip combo lately. I try to work my calories so I can still eat it with chips, but I’ll also do a rice cracker or celery for the crunch!
Thought this was r/1200isjerky 😆
