🥣 Preparation
Prepare the Salad Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine black chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, carrot, cabbage, onion, sweet corn, and apple.
Mix well to create a colorful and crunchy salad base.
Make the Sauce:
Add garlic, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chilli flakes, ketchup, honey, and water into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble:
Pour the sauce over the mixed salad ingredients.
Toss everything gently so the sauce coats the salad evenly.
Garnish:
Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
