My neighbor was having a garage sale and had a Cuisineart ice cream maker they only used once for $15. Got it and immediately made strawberry ice cream with it! It’s not bad but it’s the Cuisineart strawberry recipe and I definitely want to experiment with more custard based ice cream and improve the texture.
