Left my husband to bake this s’mores loaf I had in the fridge while I went grocery shopping. I come home to this. Turns out he forgot to score it lol
300g flour, 200g water ish, 75g starter- mix together + 8g salt. Rest thirty minutes then stretch and folds every 30 for 2 hours. 3rd stretch and fold, I added mini chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, cinnamon, & graham cracker crumbs- proofed for 6.5 hrs then shaped (add mini marshmallows) put in fridge- cold proofed for 3 days on accident. Preheat oven & Dutch oven for one hour to 475. Plop dough onto silicone baking sheet, DONT SCORE IT- bake with lid on at 475 for 30 minutes, then lid off, reduce heat to 425 and bake for another 15-20. Remove from oven and cooled for another day before slicing into it.

I’m not sure the divorce courts will side with you. It’s not really a valid reason to leave your husband.
Tbh not scoring it wasn’t the whole problem
If I asked my wife to bake a loaf she would divorce me.
So all in all this is a massive win.
How’d he forget that ?? My husband’s favorite part is scoring the dough
No score but he got blisters!
Looks like hubby won’t score tonight, either.
You explicitly wrote DONT SCORE IT in the latter part of your post so he’s following instructions.
What’s wrong here?
Well good job on him for making an effort!
Every bread is one to learn right, I forgot to score, forgot to fold, forgot to mix properly. So in the end not all breads will be perfect, so that makes the perfect one more loveable!
I mean…. It says DONT SCORE IT in the recipe?
