The art of making the perfect Kkwabaegi (꽈배기) at a legendary Korean bakery.

I wanted to share some photos from my visit to a famous Kkwabaegi shop in Dangjin. It's amazing to see the "jang-in" (장인) spirit in action as they make thousands of these by hand every day. The speed, the perfect golden fry, the final toss in sugar – it's a true craft.
